Infiniti, the Japanese luxury automobile manufacturer, took a new step in Spain within its expansion plans inaugurating its sixth centre in this country yesterday, the 40th centre in Western Europe since the company began its commercial activity in October 2008. The Seville Infinity Centre is located on Avenida Ruta de la Plata, 3, in the Parque Plata business park in Camas, Seville.
The new centre is housed in a spectacular new building destined to become known as the automobile headquarters of the Andalusian capital. The 400-square-meter showroom has impressive eight meter high ceilings, workshop reception area and delivery area for new vehicles. The workshop is located on the lower floor and is equipped with the latest technology necessary to guarantee the best post-sales service. The Seville Center unites all the qualities necessary to qualify as an IREDI center (Infiniti Retail Environment Design Initiative).
Customers are welcomed at the reception desk and may then enter the showroom. The brand ambassadors will explain the different models and guide customers to help them choose the Infiniti model that is right for them. A spectacular 60-inch flat screen helps customers choose the different options including paint, upholstery, wheels, etc. All of this makes the Infiniti experience unique, from the moment the customer enters into contact with the brand.
Bergé Automoción, the largest private automobile distributor in Spain and Latin America, distributes Infiniti in Spain and Portugal. For the development of the Seville Centre, Bergé Automoción signed an agreement with the Alba group, a group with extensive experience in automobile sales and the resources necessary to offer the highest level of customer service required by Infiniti to comply with the manufacturer’s standards. The Seville Infiniti Centre team includes: Francisco Alba, president of the Alba group, Manuel Ángel Márquez, manager and Liduvino Díaz, sales manager.
