New Infiniti centre in Madrid


It is the second Centre located in the Spanish capital, the seventh in operation in our country and together with the one operating in Andorra (also controlled by Infiniti Spain), makes a total of eight centres in the commercial territory.

With all this, Infiniti Spain (part of Bergé Automoción) is leading the expansion process of the brand in Western Europe since its launch in October 2008.


The new Infiniti El Plantío Centre is on Avenida de la Victoria 11, at kilometre point 12.300 of the A6 highway. In its more than 1000 square metres distributed in two floors and with the personal style of Infiniti, which is more like a boutique hotel or an art gallery, the customers have available an exposition area for new vehicles, another area for the vehicles of the Infiniti Approved programme and the most modern after sales facilities.

The inaugural event of the new Infiniti El Plantío Centre was a success and gathered more than 400 people. The guests were able to admire the works of the photographic exposition “Infiniti Passion” and the F1 vehicle of the World Champion and global ambassador of Infiniti, Sebastian Vettel. The guests were also able to enjoy an attractive fashion show and a live cooking show presented by the acclaimed chef Sergi Arola.

In the speeches section, Leopoldo Satrústegui, General Manager of Infiniti Spain remarked: “We are very satisfied with the penetration of the brand in Spain, which is clearly identified in the Premium market segment. The opening of this Infiniti El Plantío Centre follows perfectly the new slogan ‘From Now Infiniti’ to inaugurate a period of expansion with the opening of Infiniti Centres in another ten Spanish cities, to reach a total of 17 at the end of 2012”

In his turn, Bernard Loire, Vice-president of Infiniti Europe and the Middle East, went over the track record of the brand and its main milestones since it was launched in Europe. Also, he advanced the new products for the following years, which include one electric and one compact model, and confirmed that by 2016, Infiniti has established as an objective to achieve 10% of the market share of the Premium segment.
