On November 30th, Bergé Automoción participated in the seminar on “The Electric Vehicle: Challenges and Opportunities,” held at the Spanish Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade.
The seminar was inaugurated by the Minister, Miguel Sebastian, and the director of “Fundación Alternativas” laboratory, in charge of organising the event.
Apart from the presence of important political personalities, especially relevant speeches were made by representatives of the automobile and energy sectors, addressing and explaining important current events and issues related to alternative modes of transportation and the electric vehicle.
Jorge Navea, CEO of Bergé Automoción, was also present and had the opportunity of explaining the important cooperation agreements reached with various electric automobile manufacturers such as BYD, Tata Motors, DuraCar and Subaru, which constitutes a firm commitment by Bergé to new alternatives of sustainable modes of transportation.
Bergé Automoción also actively collaborates with the Movele Programme, promoted by the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade, with the objective of achieving a fleet of 2.000 electric vehicles, with diverse features and in different categories, operating in Spain within two years.
