Infiniti, the Japanese luxury automobile brand, inaugurated its fifth centre in Spain yesterday, in Bilbao. The new Bilbao Centre is now part of a network including Barcelona, Madrid, Sant Cugat del Vallés and Valencia, as well as the new Seville centre to be inaugurated before year end.
The Bilbao Infiniti Centre is located strategically on Calle Rodríguez Arias, 60, alongside the Gran Vía of the capital of Vizcaya. This 300 square meter centre meets all the requirements to qualify as an IREDI centre (Infiniti Retail Environment Design Initiative). This standard defines Infiniti Centers around the world and makes them unique. Infiniti Centers are designed to look more like art galleries or boutique hotels than car dealerships.
Large windows provide natural sunlight and materials like marble or wood are used for maximum comfort and luxury. A spectacular 60-inch flat screen helps customers choose the different options including paint, upholstery, wheels, etc. All of this makes the Infiniti experience unique, from the moment the customer enters into contact with the brand.
Bergé Automoción, the largest private automobile distributor in Spain and Latin America, distributes Infiniti in Spain and Portugal. For the development of the Bilbao Centre, Bergé Automoción signed an agreement with the local Lejarza group, a group with extensive experience in automobile sales and the resources necessary to offer the highest level of customer service required by Infiniti to comply with the manufacturer’s standards. Mikel Delgado, who has excellent knowledge of the brand and market, will manage the new Bilbao Infiniti Centre.
